Ivan Siu graduated from the Walter A. Haas School of Business of the University of California, Berkeley, with a bachelor's degree in business administration. He is a certified public accountant of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Ivan has over ten years of experience in accounting, auditing, and internal control and has held various senior management positions in United States and Hong Kong listed companies, being responsible for the internal audit, daily financial operations, and compliance with the applicable rules and regulations.

He also worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in both the United States and Hong Kong offices, during which he engaged in auditing work for listed companies and initial public offering projects.
