If your office is outside of our local delivery area and you already have a pre-printed FedEx Label, please follow the instructions below.  Otherwise, please contact your Customer Experience Specialist at 800.229.0936, and they will be happy to create a label for you and schedule your pick-up.

  • Call 1.800.GoFedEx (1.800.463.3339) for customer service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
  • Follow the automated prompts, including providing the tracking number for your package

Please include a detailed and signed prescription with your case to ensure that you case is expedited into production. If the case you are shipping to us contains a wet impression, please signify as such by writing "WET" on the outside of the box. Please remember to properly wrap your impression (wet paper towel and plastic baggy) to ensure it retains its moisture.
