Send a Digital Impression

 

Eliminate the hassle of traditional cases by sending our team your digital impression. Find your preferred scanner in the list below and use the provided protocols to get your file to our lab immediately.

CEREC+

• Create or Login to your SIRONA Connect account (sirona-connect.com)
• Click on "My Account"
• Click “My Favorite Recipients”
• Click “Search Recipients”
• Leave all form fields blank, then...
      - Click “Start Search”
• Enter “94551” as the zipcode
• When you see MicroDental California...
      - Click the “+” sign on the far right to add your case

iTero®+

• Select “Find a Laboratory” on your iTero Scanner
• Option1: Connect with “MicroDental California” or use Lab ID #822
• Option 2: Call 800-577-8767
      - Select Option 1
      - Request to add MicroDental California to your dropdown, you can identify us by our phone number:       800.299.0936
      - After MicroDental California has been added, restart your scanner
      - After connecting to us as a lab, select MicroDental California on your scanner when sending files

Trios+

• Go to www.3shapecommunicate.com
• Create an account
• Connect with MicroDental California by searching ehill@dtidental.com
• After connecting to us as a lab, select MicroDental California when sending files

3M™ True Definition Scanner+

• Contact 3M Support at 800.634.2249
• Select Option 3
• Select Option 1 and request MicroDental California to be added to your scanner
• 3M will then confirm with MicroDental California and add connection remotely

E4D-Planmeca Planscan+

• Go to www.ddxdental.com
• Go to “My Lab”
• Go to “Add Lab”
• Locate MicroDental California or Lab ID #800379

Carestream+

• Go to www.csdentalconnect.com
• Add ehill@microdental.com
