Implant Retained Restorations
Implant restorations are rapidly being accepted as the standard of care when treating edentulous or partially edentulous patients. Implant-based restorations offer excellent stability, function, and esthetic results. Commonly used abutment materials: Titanium, Zirconia, and gold hue Titanium.
Hybrid dentures are proven replacements for removable prostheses worn by edentulous patients. A custom titanium implant bar is milled using precise CAD/CAM technology. Acrylic teeth are processed to the bar, and fixed in the mouth via abutment screws.
These types of dentures are referred to as overdentures and can be removed by the patient. Once the bar is milled with precise CAD/CAM technology and implanted, the denture is constructed with internal attachments and engaged to the bar for esthetic and functional results.
This FDA cleared implant abutment system uses the shape memory material, Nitinol, to create an entirely new attachment between a restoration and a dental implant. Now the need for cement or screws when attaching the restoration to the dental implant has been eliminated.

A Stay Plate is a temporary partial denture used while the gums and supporting bone are healing after an extraction, and before getting a partial denture. A Stay Plate will replace the missing tooth or teeth, and can assist with chewing and/or speaking until the partial denture is delivered.

Mouthguard & Therapy Devices
ActionGuards are fabricated from sturdy yet pliable materials, with the goal of safety for the teeth of athletes. This product is available in several different types of styles to suit your patient’s needs, ranging from a single-layered ActionGuard to a triple-layered ActionGuard.
Designed to protect the dentition, the Hard Night Guard can be worn during the day or at night to provide occlusal comfort. Fabricated for precise fit, and providing maximum rigidity and strength. Not recommended for patients with cosmetic restorations.
The most comfortable of the acrylic splints, the All Thermoplastic Night Guard is easiest to seat and kind to cosmetic restorations. Ideal for cases with missing teeth or unusual draw. This all thermoflexible acrylic becomes pliable in hot water, but remains firm and rigid at mouth temperature.
This Night Guard has a soft liner overlay reproduction of the current dental arch form, with an added layer of hard acrylic to provide a flat occlusal plane. It has an even thickness, is contoured to replicate the arch form, and has a flat plane added.
This premium Night Guard provides stability and durability over traditional hard acrylic occlusion, combined with easy seating and a comfortable fit. Excellent occlusal durability with fast, comfortable seating, utilizing on-call flexibility in hot water—this is the best of both worlds.
This orthotic device is recommended by LVI to reprogram the muscles of mastication, and is also used for rehabilitation cases. LVI orthotics are created from a precise LVI bite registration for occlusal accuracy.
This all-flexible EVA material is used in cases with sensitive or missing teeth, or an unusual draw. It is also used for athletic Mouthguards. The standard, even thickness is 3mm, and thickness can be added by request. It is soft/flexible in the mouth and contoured.
A new long-term orthotic appliance, recommended by LVI and fabricated by Bill Wade, that stabilizes the patient at the Physiological Bite. Made out of Acetal Resin, it is flexible enough so no clasps are required and is extremely durable. It supplies full tooth coverage and color matching.
